Below are given some easy steps to do so.

STEP I- check Intrnet Data usage of your at MTNL Delhi  Web-Self Care Website.

1. Log on to our Web-Self Care Website http://register.bol.net.in
2. Enter your Username and existing Password in the given fields. (Your Username is your Telephone Number and existing Password for the new customers is the CA Number given on the Telephone Bill of the Telephone on which Broadband Connection is working.)
3. Click ‘Login’.
   
4. In the next window, Click on ‘Usages Information’ visible under the Menu.
5. Now you can see your usage limit, unbilled usage, total free and other important details. Also you will be shown the duration for which this data is presented. You can change this duration to obtain similar statistics for other duration also. Now click on Search.
6. The result will be displayed in tabular form showing all the details of your upload, download and total data volume. Start and end time (date wise) is also shown.
7. Read, note down or download these details as per your convenience.Download button is provided in the bottom.
8. After completing your work you should log out from this website.

Points to Know : 

• While entering telephone number as username DON'T enter STD code in the beginning.
• Enter your Username and Password carefully.
• Log out after your work is over to ensure security of your account.
• Change the password if you wish to increase your account security.
