To pay Online through Credit card you need to have the information’s like Credit card number, card holder name,expiration date, and the address of your credit card bills.

Debit Card :
For Debit card Payment you need the same details as Credit card.
You can pay via MasterCard, American Express ,Visa, and Discover Card.

Payment Gateway Service Provider List

Service Provider Charges National Payment Services Platform DeitY, Government of India Initiative Internet Payment : Rs. 5 per transaction for transaction payment amount upto Rs. 500. Internet Payment : Rs. 10 per transaction for transaction payment amount above Rs. 500. Debit Card Payment : 0.75% of the Transaction Amount for value upto Rs. 2000. Debit Card Payment : 1.00% of Transaction Amount for transaction amount above Rs. 2000. Credit Card Payment : 1.00% of the Transaction Amount.

*It may take upto 48 hours before payment receipt is created in DJB for online payments. If payment receipt is not reflected after 48 hours of online payment please log a grievance in this website

Requirements: Your water bill should have the following contents-

• Account name and number
• Current Reading Date
• Bill date
• Previous Reading Date
• Amount paid
• Previous Reading
• Due date
• Current Reading
• Type of meter reading

Other various documents are submitted, they are:

• Certificate of address with photo issued by Village Panchayat head.
• Certificate of address having proof from Govt. recognized educational institutions.(only for students)
• Ration Card with photo & address.
• Certificate of address with photo issued by MLA / MP or Gazetted officer in the letter.
• CGHS/ECHS Card.
• Address card with Photo issued by Department of Posts.
• Current Pass Book of Public Sector Undertaking Banks/Post Office
